i have a 2007 ic 466 it a pre dpf but it does have egr and egr cooler my question is i believe the actuater is seized or the vanes in the turbo are siezed now i no on the later models u can bounce test by pushing down onactuator lever and it will go down and come right back up is that test the same for this vintage because it doesnt move at all i removed the lever and the rod on the turbo vanes move but the actuator itself doesnt move should i be able to move the actuator by hand or does it only move when commaned by ecm????
They are stiff but should move, if it is hooked up running you can force them in/down and turn looses and motor will float around on idle for 20-40 seconds
