Hi. the wipers don't work. I checked all the fuses and both relays and they are all ok. What is next? If I only had a repair manual. Thank you

I would check the switch if both are down. If I can remember right we use to go through some switches. Check for power at the wipers motors

UPDATE:
Hi. So the motor works fine. Also, the wipers go back to their resting position when I turn on the ignition (after I played around with the motor to get the wipers to stop in the middle of the windshield). Also, when I pull the wiper relay on the side of the bus and apply power to one of the contacts the wipers start working.

Oddly, there is no hot wire leading to the relay. It is my understanding that there should always be a hot wire which gets connected to another wire when the relay coil is activated.

Further surprising to me is that I don't hear a click on the relay (which I of course replaced) when the wipers get switched on. I am thinking that there may be 2 problems: the low amperage wire (from the switch) does not work to turn on the relay and the high amperage wire is not present. Any thoughts? thank you

that's where you need to start tracing backwards does the bus have those 3 or 4 pole solenoid's that send power . also I have had relays say they are good in tester and have been bad.

hi. the solenoids are typical Bosch or Hella 5 pole ones. and they work. Backtracking is really hard as I do not have the DARN wiring diagrams and no one seems to know how to get them. I would have to disassemble the entire wire harness. Someone said the computer regulates the wiper speed (interval). Could that be true? Thanks
