I've got a small coolant leak that looks like it's coming from one of the head bolts on the left rear of the motor. Has anyone had any luck with simply cleaning up the bolt and retorquing them or am I better off planning on replacing the head gasket and looking for a cracked head?

This isn't school bus related, it's for my other job. It's on a fire truck that we're probably keeping for another 3-4 years.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
