2019 BB Ford Powered has a Brake issue. When we put it in drive or reverse a No Brake Input warning lites up the screen with a warning sound and the brake lights do not come on either. We have checked the brake switch under the dash and checked all fuses and breakers. Also did a recalibration. Dealer is checking on it but has not returned with a fix yet, Any ideas? |

We had this issue on two of our 2017 Visions, Cummins powered, air brake. It turned out the multiplex module went bad. It's located in the bottom left corner of the electrical access panel. Silver module mounted on an angle with I believe, four fuses in it. Hope this helps! |

Sorry I never got back to this, but the problem has resurfaced again, the bus has Hydraulic brakes. it randomly comes on and goes off. Sometimes it comes on right away and later goes off. Was wondering---these buses have a very low brake pedal that does not seem normal to this old school wrencher, could that be part of the problem? Its the same on both Bluebirds. |

try unplugging the instrument cluster and plugging it back it in. we had 2 of them that where not plugged in all the way. both where 2019. also we have found a lot of wires not snapped into some the connectors so when you plug them in it actually pushes pin out and never makes a good connection. |

I can tell you, on good authority, that they know they have these issues and are addressing them at the factory. |
