 haldex slack adjuster failed on C2

Anyone else finding the rear slack adjusters stroked out? We have several that have shown up like this. the adjuster bolt plate will spin with the adjuster bolt. See the video.

Our state has had buses with less than 5k miles roll the cams. Our county has been fortunate not to have this happen before Thomas sent us new slacks that fell into the SN range.

@Thomasbus24 2 years and less. 24k to 48k. we have had several fail like this. Haldex say they are not in the SN range. looks like they need to broden the scope. Fortunatly no one has been hurt yet....

File complaints on them with NHTSA would be my advice.

Yes, we are working with Haldex and Freightliner/Thomas on the issue. Just letting others in the industry know what we are seeing. Maybe others have a similar problem.
