Hello all!

I see they sell a new chassis model 1997 for $15.000

http://www.usedcars.com/Sites/UCC/MakeModelSearch.aspx?make=GMC&year=1997&model=P%20School%20Bus%20Chassis

For me this is interesting cause I have to import a bus with there are restrictions on age. But this chassis is new, and I can easily find an old schoolbus here locally.

Can I use those old parts to build-up a schoolbus on the new chassis??
Say I want to spend on the conversion around $10.000

Sure, the only problem with this chassis is is that it is a P model chassis, meaning that the bus would be a type B insead of type C.

A P model would typically look like these:

Do the world a favor and bring back GMC and Ford conventional chassis......
