All, I just found this site tonight. I run a summer youth camp that has grown (over doubled from last year) and I need another 66 to 71 passenger bus that our non-profit camp can afford. Ideally, it'd match our 91 Thomas/Int Diesel Hyd brake conventional, or could be a year or two newer. I will drive virtually anywhere to find one under $5k that's got some good miles left in her. I have cash and camp starts June 6th!!
$50 finder's fee to hook me up.
Thanks everyone. |

Go to www.firststudentinc.com - Doing a blind search for IL, I find two buses that look promising (?) - asset numbers 460975 and 485120. Blue Bird bodies, but Hyd. brakes and 71/65 pax, International chassis....located in Glennwood. Narrow the search down, 65-71pax, Int., automatic, all states (regions are not available) - 248 results to look through.
Happy bus hunting!

Edit - 509074 in IL also looks promising - a bit out of the price range, but not that much. |
Give me a yellow object. Yes. Right now. I need my yellow chocolate, for goodness sake! |

In Illinois, there's also Midwest Transit at www.used-bus.com. Large selection in your state. |
Spicer is nicer. |

kd4jfd has a bus he's wanting to sell. He has an '87 or '88 Blue Bird Chevy with gas engine and air brakes. I'm not sure on the price. |

Call me on my cell (you will probably have to leave a message.) (deleted) I'm asking $1,500.00. Clear title, high headroom, luggage racks. |

You can try Taylor Bus Sales @ (800) 222-1500 - they typically have a large number of used buses available. |
