On this bus I was always getting a regen . Go a few miles and the light would come on and call for regen . So I replaced the EGR thinking that was my issue . Then I found out it was the DFN sensor . So I replaced that . We used the bus this morning and driver told me no power surging and light was on . So I checked and my JPros says I have a 3392 and a 1866 .I am wondering if I have a bad EGR ? It is new but you never know . 3392 I believe is the egr cooler ?

check the ports for the EGR delta p sensor , one is clogged , this will cause EGR cooler eff. code, EGR temp. code, and it will want a regen alot
OEM trained in wiring and all engine platforms for over 20 years

That's what I thought I did when I installed that DP sensor . So I pulled things apart and found maybe the O rings on the sensor somehow shifted when I installed it . So I blew out the passages and the codes went away but now have a no power issue ?

i have had to hammer the special tool i made for cleaning those ports , try a regen or just reset it and see what happens if there is no more codes
