I have a Range Inhibit Light that came on about a month ago when the TCM went out. I replaced the TCM and have Cleared Codes but the Range Inhibit Light will not go out and the Transmission is in Neutral and I cannot crank the Bus, any information would be greatly appreciated

Also on this 2012 Thomas the Laptop show there is a loss of communication saying Can with Transmission or something to that effect

Sounds like a network issue.You will need to check your J1939 Network and verify 60 ohms at the 9 pin DLC. Manual will walk you through the process.
