Thomas Built Buses is sponsoring Brad Keselowski with the No. 2 Thomas Built Buses Ford Mustang for the NASCAR Cup Series race on May 23. The company will celebrate school bus electrification by using the Thomas Built Buses’ blue electric logo.

Thomas Built Buses will sponsor Brad Keselowski as he drives the No. 2 Thomas Built Buses Ford Mustang in the NASCAR Cup Series race at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, on May 23.

This will mark the Thomas Built Buses race car’s third appearance in a NASCAR race, according to a news release from the school bus manufacturer. 

“Thanks to our sister brand, Freightliner Trucks, who is one of Brad’s official sponsors with Team Penske, we are delighted to see our Thomas Built Buses branded race car once again and to cheer him on with other Keselowski fans,” said Jed Routh, vice president of sales, marketing, and service for the OEM. “We are even more excited this year to celebrate advancements in school bus electrification with the use of the Thomas Built Buses’ blue electric logo along with the logo for the Saf-T-Liner C2 Jouley electric school bus. Our dealers and employees are excited, and we hope this race will be something to remember for Thomas Built enthusiasts young and old.”

Tickets for the EchoPark Texas Grand Prix, NASCAR Cup Series race are available online. For those not able to attend, the NASCAR Cup Series race at COTA will be televised on FS1. Check listings for local broadcast times.
