ALLENTOWN, Pa. — WFMZ 69 News reports that Parkland School District has started selling advertising inside its school buses for extra revenue.

The district installed the first ad, for Debora L. Sigler, a local Allstate insurance agent, last week. The ad discourages texting while driving.

School officials told the news outlet that the ad will run through October.
