Arsenault Associates changes name to Dossier Systems

BURLINGTON, N.J. — Maintenance software supplier Arsenault Associates has changed its name to Dossier Systems Inc.

The company is known in the school bus community and in other industries for its Dossier fleet maintenance software.

CEO Jack Boetefuer said that the name change “reflects the ever-increasing recognition of the brand built around our Dossier software combined with the continuous double-digit annual growth of our business over the last decade.”

The company, founded in 1979, has focused on providing advanced fleet maintenance software and comprehensive implementation and support services, with the goal of helping fleets operate more safely, efficiently and profitably.

“None of that will change with our new name,” Boetefuer said. “As always, we will be here to help our customers improve their fleets.”

With the name change comes a new look and a new website, www.dossiersystemsinc.com, with a responsive design, interactive tools and the latest information on Dossier software.

The company and its staff will continue to operate in their current structure and locations. E-mail addresses have been updated with the new company domain; they now have the format firstname.lastname@dossiersystemsinc.com.
