WARRENSBURG, Mo. — A man boarded a school bus here earlier this school year and gave the kids on board his atheistic views, The Daily Star-Journal reports.

The incident happened in late August, but the mother of a 10-year-old boy on the bus apparently learned of it later and spoke with The Daily Star-Journal about it recently. She said that the man’s daughter had told her son the day before the incident that “there is no God.”

The next day, the girl’s father boarded the bus without the driver’s permission and delivered a similar atheistic message. The local superintendent told the newspaper this week that the bus company informed a principal of the incident after it happened, and the district dealt with it quickly, informing the man to never again board a school bus without permission.
