VERSAILLES, Ind. — More than a dozen school bus drivers here were just one number off from taking home millions in last week’s Powerball drawing, but had enough matching numbers to win $50,000, RTV6 reports.

Ron Buchanan bought 15 tickets for a group of 15 of his fellow South Ripley Community School Corp. bus drivers, according to the news source. The group split the winnings, with each driver receiving about $2,300 after tax.
