IC Bus featured some of the new safety technology that is now standard on all of its school buses — electronic stability control and collision mitigation — on the "Today" show on Thursday.

Trish Reed, vice president and general manager of IC Bus, walked investigative journalist Jeff Rossen through how the technologies can take control of a bus and guide it out of danger in a closed course demonstration. IC Bus and braking supplier Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems worked together on the demonstration, according to an IC Bus Facebook post, which is shown below.
