Dashboard Can Show Tire Maintenance Savings

TireStamp Inc.’s new Savings Dashboard is designed to show the savings that fleets are achieving with the TireVigil Cloud tire monitoring and management solution, based on tire maintenance performance data and costs. It complements the Maintenance Dashboard, which summarizes a fleet’s tire maintenance performance. The summary is based on real-time metrics generated from data accumulated from vehicles equipped with the TireVigil Cloud solution.

The Savings Dashboard can provide an instant snapshot of a fleet’s key tire cost metrics, annual and monthly savings generated by vehicles equipped with the TireVigil Cloud solution, and projected savings attainable by deploying TireVigil throughout the entire fleet. Results are calculated daily using TireVigil Cloud’s algorithms and analytics.

System Created to Help Expedite Oil Changes

The QuickFit oil change system aims to expedite oil changes, making them possible to complete in less than 30 minutes, according to the company.

By providing a single point of connection, QuickFit can alleviate the issues of confined space, which can pose safety and ergonomic risks, and multiple drain and fill points, which increase the chances for cross-contamination and spills when removing an oil filter. The system’s three-step process purges, evacuates, and refills oil all from that connection point. QuickFit uses compressed air to purge the oil by pushing it through the filter into the engine sump, drains oil directly to waste containment for clean filter removal, and pumps new oil into the engine from the connection point.
