ANAHEIM, Calif. — PACCAR Parts, along with Kenworth Truck Co. and Peterbilt Motors Co., recently held its Anaheim 2016 Parts and Service Meetings and awarded bus and truck parts dealers for their outstanding achievements.

“These dealerships exemplify how parts and service work together to provide outstanding support to our customers,” said David Danforth, PACCAR vice president and PACCAR Parts general manager. “They continually exceed goals by performing at the highest levels.”

PACCAR Parts named its Peterbilt Platinum Oval and Best In Class Award winners to recognize top dealers in areas including customer support; service profit contribution; financial success; and participation in the PACCAR MX Engine, Fleet Services, and TRP programs.

This year’s Platinum Oval Award winners were Coast Counties Peterbilt and Western Peterbilt. The Best in Class Award winners were Hunter Peterbilt and Peterbilt of Sioux City (Iowa). The Service Excellence Award winners were Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment Sparks and Hunter Peterbilt Smithfield.

For the Parts Dealer of the Year Award, the winner was Jackson Group Peterbilt, which has leveraged new PACCAR Parts programs to grow both parts sales and fleet sales, according to PACCAR Parts.

Other award winners included the AMG Peterbilt Group as the TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year; Rush Peterbilt as the TRP Bus Segment Dealer of the Year; and Stahl Peterbilt as the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services Dealer of the Year.

This year’s Kenworth Gold Award winners are MHC Kenworth and NorCal Kenworth. The Silver Award winners are New England Kenworth and Inland Kenworth (U.S.). Performance criteria was based on parts purchase growth, retail sales growth, absorption, PACCAR MX Engine technician staffing, and service profit contribution.  

Meanwhile, Papé Kenworth won the Parts Dealer of the Year Award. Papé Kenworth currently ranks in the top for dealer fleet business and embraces all of PACCAR Parts' programs and initiatives, according to PACCAR Parts.

Other award winners include the CSM Companies as the TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year; NorCal Kenworth Sacramento as the TRP Bus Segment Dealer of the Year; and MHC Kenworth as the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services Dealer of the Year.
