Autobus Thomas in Quebec will use Platinum Support, which trains dealership staff to provide rapid diagnosis and turnaround, consistent communication, and eliminate all areas of waste.
HIGH POINT, N.C. — Autobus Thomas in Quebec is the latest recipient of Platinum Support, Thomas Built Buses’ customer focused comprehensive service program.
Platinum Support, a collaborative effort between Thomas Built Buses and its dealers, focuses on improving the customer experience. The program is designed to provide rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and superb customer service from a highly trained staff, company officials said.
Through Platinum Support training, dealers learn to eliminate all areas of waste from day-to-day business practices, including faster vehicle assessment, reducing vehicle down time and lowering vehicle life cycle costs to the customer.
Based in Drummondville, Quebec, Autobus Thomas offers transportation companies a large line of school and commercial buses.
