BALTIMORE — Reuters reports that police and local media said three teenagers were arrested last week for allegedly assaulting Joirilius Pierre, a Baltimore school bus driver, with a fire extinguisher and trash can, then hijacking the bus. Pierre suffered minor injuries.

On Aug. 7, the teens boarded the parked school bus in downtown Baltimore at around 2:30 p.m. and attacked the driver, who managed to get away. The teens then drove the bus, which had no passengers, around the block.

Police told Reuters that the investigation is ongoing, and they did not identify the teens.
