CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio — Sun News reports that a mother who was trying to get her child on the bus was running late and passed the bus while it was stopped, with its lights flashing and stop sign activated, to pick up another child for school. The mother then stopped in front of the bus.

The bus driver reported the incident, saying that she had stopped at the child's home, but the child was not ready, so she continued on her route.

Police cited the mother for passing a stopped school bus.
