Video shows 4-year-old alone on school bus

LAVEEN, Ariz. — School bus video surveillance footage obtained by ABC15 shows an unsettling ordeal for a 4-year-old boy with special needs who was left behind.

In the video, the boy appears to wake up, gets up from his seat and looks around. No one else can be seen.

The youngster, holding his backpack, looks scared and unsure of what to do. He returns to his seating compartment.

What sounds like a vehicle passing by grabs the boy's attention, and he pops up and looks over the back of his seat.

According to ABC15, the boy was stranded on the school bus for 11 minutes. To read the full story, click here.
