PHOENIX — Auto Safety House LLC has appointed Mike Iben as its new CEO, effective Aug. 13.

Iben joins the Thomas Built Buses dealership in Arizona with more than 20 years of relevant industry experience, 10 of which were in the school and commercial bus industry.

“To lead a company with such a long and prestigious history is truly an honor," Iben said. “I look forward to working with the company’s employees and highly valued customers.”

Iben replaces Eugene Humphrey, who served Auto Safety House for six years and is now returning to Dallas with his family.

Iben, who earned a degree in transportation and logistics from Iowa State University, started his career in the trucking industry, where he served as a terminal manager for J.B. Hunt Transport running flatbed operations in the Western U.S.

He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in sales, operations, project management, safety, compliance and human resources. Most recently, he spent nearly 10 years in the school and commercial bus industry as a sales and general manager.

Auto Safety House distributes new and used buses, truck equipment, and truck and trailer parts and also performs emergency vehicle modifications.
