Proposed changes to NCST manual posted

Proposed changes to the National School Transportation Specifications and Procedures manual are now available on the National Congress on School Transportation (NCST) Website. 

To view the suggested revisions, go to and click on the “2010 NCST Proposed Changes” link.

The 15th NCST will be held May 16-19, 2010, in Warrensburg, Mo., at the University of Central Missouri campus. Delegates will deliberate and adopt proposed updates to the 2005 edition of National School Transportation Specifications and Procedures.
