MCLEAN, Va. — One industry professional will receive an all-expenses paid trip to Orlando, Fla., next year to attend the 19th National Conference and Exhibition on Transporting Students with Disabilities and Preschoolers, according to Edupro Group, the conference sponsor.

For the second year in a row, American Logistics Co. is offering the American Logistics Scholarship Award to fully fund one individual’s cost of travel, lodging, and conference and workshop registration fees. It also includes an allowance for certain meals not provided during the conference.

Moreover, Edupro Group will match the scholarship by offering the recipient an opportunity to present at the following year’s conference. (The conference picks up expenses for presenters.)

Applications for American Logistics’ scholarship will be available beginning Thursday. The application process will close when 80 applications have been received, or no later than midnight on Oct. 21. To request the application, send an e-mail to conference@eduprogroup.com. The scholarship winner will be announced on or about Nov. 30.

American Logistics offers specialized transportation services to the school transportation community as well as two other business segments.

The 19th National Conference and Exhibition on Transporting Students with Disabilities and Preschoolers is scheduled for March 5-10, 2010. Program details and registration are available at www.eduprogroup.com.
