NEW WASHINGTON, Ohio — Austin Capital Partners and The C.E. White Co. executives have acquired all of the outstanding C.E. White stock from the previous owner, Kibler Street Investments.

The C.E. White executive management team consists of industry veterans Tony Everett, Robert Knapp and Steve Frazee.

“This transition highlights the greatness of this country, where capital investment firms can combine with experienced management teams, resulting in products and services that are driven by passion and entrepreneurialism,” said Everett, president and CEO. “Bottom line: Customers, employees and investors all benefit from the better products, better service and better results.”

The C. E. White Co. is a 71-year-old manufacturer of seating for school buses and other vehicles. The company is located in New Washington.

Austin Capital Partners, based in Cleveland, is a private capital fund that invests in smaller middle-market manufacturing companies in and around Ohio.
