CISM Services Aid in Trauma Recovery
Critical incident stress management (CISM) services, which include one-on-one meetings for an individual and debriefing for a group, reduce the effects of stress felt after a traumatic incident and provide tools for a healthy recovery. Training in such services is available to pupil transportation operations.
