This is a screenshot of the Weather Channel homepage today. Notice where it says "School Days" near the middle right of the show. Notice the bus behind the little girl in the picture. Looks like a Gillig to me!
I don't have a picture, but i was wondering if anyone had any pictures of an IC CE with a white roof (IC logo still showing) tinted windows, and dual stop arms. Also with the bottom of the rear end like the Thomas C2.
I see you like my old film shots from Mike & B's That is a fun place to go to. Actually, all of those buses have been scrapped. The first Thomas/Freightliner you mentioned (Champion's #16) is actually still in service - it was at some truck place near me I believing getting engine work after an accident.
Oh my God!! This old photo is incredible! It appears to be from the late 50's. There is an extremely rare Oneida on a Diamond T chassis. The second bus from the left has a very rare Superior rear side window that I have only seen in an old brochure. I always figured it was something that never made it to production since the photos in the brochure were airbrushed. For Carpenter lovers there are a couple of late 50's Carpenter Internationals and the bus on the left is a nice late 50's Carpenter GMC. Awesome!

Hey Buskid. I have a 1956 American LaFrance with a model "J" V-12. I noticed in a post from July of 2006 that you have an abundance of spare parts for these engines. I'm having a starter problem and was wondering if you could help me out? It's possible you could point me in the right direction to another spare parts source. You can e-mail me at jkmcgee@roadrunner.com. Thanks and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
