Hello all, I have a 2017 Thomas C2 that the driver has said the mic doesn't work. I have done the usual push the button make sure the dial is turned up and radio is on but nothing from the mic comes over the radio speakers. Any thoughts? And no I have done zero checks at this point on my own. Just curious if yall have experienced this.
Do you have one of the newer Delphi units that mutes the radio when in reverse? On these unit, push & hold the mic button while turning up the volume knob on the radio.
