I have a intermittent ABS fault coming up on one of our 2012 Bluebird Visions. It is a Bendix system and the dash fault is 802,4 which I believe converts to a Bendix fault 93-4 for "PMV/TCV/Diff Lock Common Shorted to Ground". Has anyone experienced this fault before that could provide some insight? I do not have access to Bendix software.

This may be winded but here goes, should have ec-60 module here is a link to manual http://www.bendix.com/media/documents/products_1/absstability/truckstractors/134863.pdf
Normally if you put software on it would give you code flow chart and wiring diagram. In this case this is what I would do. On page 26 blink code 7 sounds like yours. Go to page 27 top right column shows how to test for shorts to ground on all 3 solonoids. Basically says to unplug ecm and following the pin out chart on bottom of page 27. Then ohm test all wires to each solenoid. With ecm unplugged they should all read no continuity [open circuit] between ground and each pin going to all the solonoids one at a time. . With them unplugged at ecm there should be no way that they are connected to a ground source. And it will also depend if the bus is equipped with a diff lock, traction control valve [tcv] if they are there to be tested. And of course it has to have pressure modulator valves [pmv]. On page 43 it shows your code but this is set up for blink code testing, if you pulled a code it thinks you have the software which in turn would give you the repair info. Hope it helps, I had a instructor that use to say always believe the code, if it thinks there is a wire shorted to ground good chance there is one. Have good week end,Roger.
