Custodians in the buildings should at least provide a decent amount of absorbent powder, rags and a mop to get the bus usable again if there is another run to be made. The stuff in a body fluid clean-up kit is not nearly enough to do the job in most cases. It would be the driver's responsibility to clean it up in most cases.
