I have seen the rat bodys about a foot long how can he get in there these are 06-07 IC's I thought it was someone messing with us but I have seen the rat briefly as he chased me and I ran away .

Yeah I dare speculate that you have two rats. The one you saw, and one with 2 legs and 2 arms.

We have had something chewing on a few of our IC's over the past two weeks. We are thinking rats or mice.

I don't think I ever saw an International 3800 that didn't have signs of a mouse in that plastic cover over the electrical on the firewall beside the master cylinder. Never chewed any wires that caused problems, just some insulation missing from wires. But several T444E had nests in the valley and a couple chewed wiring right through.

Never gave that a thought but you might be onto something there.
