bus takes off from stop fine then gets to 25/30mph and loses throttle response.**NOTE** speedometer goes to 75/80mph but bus is going about 25mph.once it slows down I get throttle back. my scanner will not read any modules on this bus. any ideas or direction? I changed out speed sensor on tail end of transmission.test drove it was fine. came back this morning with same problem

Wiring to speed sensor?
Loosing throttle likely ECM thinking vehicle has reached governed speed, cutting off fuel.

we had one do this last school year...if I can remember correctly I believe the Transmission control module was to blame. we re pined the connector but ended up having a module put on it.

Thanks torque and TheRide. I have a few sister buses on the lot. ima swap tcms and test drive a few days see what happens ill let yall know. THANKS A BUNCH BROTHAS!!

Yep, ECU for the brakes will cause this i replace one a year.

update. its been a couple of weeks swaped tcm and no problems have accured. got a tcm on order for this bus.thank you all that help me. have a great week and happy holidays!
