i have a 09 ic ce200 with a maxxforce 7 with allison 2500

the problem im having is you start the bus and at idle/in
gear/stopped.
speedo goes from 5mph to 35mph so when out on route
the driver cant open the service door cause the speedo is reading its still moving i have swapped out with another 09 the trans computer, engine computer and the dash, put a new speed sensor and gas pedal and still have the problems cleaned all battery terminals and weather plugs in battery box. i did all the swaps one at time.

If you have hydraulic brakes check to see if you have J1939 failer code in the brake module, if you do replace the brake ECU.
I have had three buses do that. Or you could swap module with another bus.

i moved the wire harness around while i have it on the scanner while bus running
and mph moved from 0 to 26 mph so pulled back the loom to inspect the wires
no wires pinched or rub threw while loom was off got the mph to move up to 25 mph then back to zero
one time put wires back in loom and rerouted the loom and tied it up going for a road test ill keep you guys
