I have a 2003 5.9 in a bluebird . When the service engine light comes on the bus won't take off very fast . Slow till it reaches 40 MPH and then the turbo kicks in and goes . Is there a sensor for this light ? Does it need reset ? Is this something that controls the engine before it is reset ?I also get a 190 engine code Thanks

I'm not at the shop where I can verify, but isn't 190 the code for engine speed sensor? It's down by the starter in the side of the block. If it's bad (and they do go bad frequently), the engine doesn't perform well at all.
