Hello! I just thought of hiking. I believe that it is such a good form of exercise because you usually do a vigorous walk along trails and mountains. Aside from doing an effort to lose weight , you may see and discover some spots too. I guess, it was fun indeed! How about you? Any thoughts about hiking? Can you suggest a good place?
I love Colorado Springs area. Lots of places to hike and bike without even leaving town. Make sure you get used to the the thin air before taking on Pikes Peak or other mountains. There are trails for everyone.
My latest favorite is biking. I was visiting a friend in IL and we biked a trail called "Bike to the Garden. " You don't have to go to a special bike trail. You can bike around a park or something. I am planning on visiting New York sometime in the next two months so I can bike around Central Park. I wonder how many days it takes to see the whole park. Anyone have any ideas?
