i have this bus that wont start it cranks but no start if i spray a little fuel in air inlet tube it will fire up and run bad for a minute or to then straighten out if i shut off foe bout 20 minutes same thing happens it wont start unless i spray little fuel in air intake tube it has a code 2332 icp above koeo spec with koeo icp reads between 220/500 it is constantly moving when i try and crankit it goes to about 900psi any ideas

YOUR ICP SENSOR IS BAD

wasnt sure if a bad icp would cause a no start and it is reading something

i believe that key on engine off voltage on the sensor wire is 0.24 volts. anything above and either sensor is kaput or short to voltage

u where correct but new icp in fires right up koeo icp reading is zero now thanks for the help
