I have this 97 international school bus with t444e engine. I got new batteries and now when I turn the key nothing. also b/u fuse, when placed into fuse box, sounds an alarm and engages a noise in the breaks . havent checked the ICP, CAM, ICR, or glow plug solenoid. Any ideas?
If the wait to start lamp is also not coming on then its a sign that the ECM is not receiving power. Did it start before the batteries were replaced? Everything proper connected in battery box? Fuses in battery box good? Follow the 10/12 gauge wires from battery box and look for bad connectors, especially in the area near bell housing and behind engine oil filter.
97 t444e nostart, no crank.
