I HAVE 07 INT CE 300 THE SPEEDOMETER WORKS TO 10 MPH THEN DROPS OUT
HAVE REPLACED SENSOR HAS CODE 1141 (VSS OUT OF RANGE LOW )
HAVE SISTER BUSES SWAPED BODY MODULE & SPEEDO HEAD
STILL NOT WORKING. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

Connector pin(s) pushed in? At sensor, maybe further up the line if it goes through another connector, and then to the ECM. VSS low code make me think the signal loss is in that segment. Then the signal goes out to the 1939 data link to the instrument cluster. You mentioned BCM...did you mean to say ECM??

Does the gauge sweep show normal at wait to start? Do you have ServiceMaxx and DLB?

Thanks for the help , got it FIXED TODAY.
SWAPED THE TCM OFF ANOTHER BUS IT TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM & THE PROBLEM WENT TO THE OTHER BUS
