Ok here's the history. On Monday the harmonic balance came apart and in the process of driving at a slow speed back to the shop the bus shut off and it would not start. We have replaced the balancer and it still won't start. We DO NOT have any fuel coming out of the fuel pump. We do have fuel if we pressurize the fuel tank but stops as soon as we remove the air.
We have no check engine light on either.

C7 Cat. Anyway found and fixed. The nut came loose on the HUEI pump letting the gear free wheel. We took the front cover off to have a look and that is what we found. Strange that it happened within in few minutes of the balancer to fall apart. It must have been loose to begin with and then the vibration knocked it off.

I misread C7 as C2. Derp. Glad you got it fixed.

That's a good one. I'll keep that in mind. I've got several of these.
