I am having trouble locating the park brake switch on a 2000 Navistar/Amtran conventional bus. Also having trouble finding the park brake switch on a 1995 Navistar/Blue-Bird. The indicator light will not light up on the dash, and the bulbs are good. Any help would be appreciated.

If hydraulic the switch is in the lever assembly underneath, (works on the ground side) none of our air brakers had a light in the dash when the brakes were set. The socket and insignia were there just didn't function.

Thanks for the tip. When I took apart the Blue-Bird dash this morning, the socket was empty. All of our buses are air brakes, so that may explain why some of them do not work.

Just checked a sister bus and the park brake light does work on that one. Didn't have time to check for the switch though.
