Anyone else have a popping in from spring on the Bluebird buses?

Much more info need. Year, model, ect. I have a fleet of Birds that range from 1989-2019.

Mine are Bluebird vision propane buses 2015-2017, The front spring appears to be shifting when braking and makes a popping noise.

Have you checked the torque on the U-bolts?

Yes, according to rust pattern it is in the front spring to frame mount. We did check torque on that as well

You may need to replace the bolt in the spring mount. Sounds like they could be stretched from being loose. Check the holes to make sure none are oblong.

Yes you can see the movement, it is coming from where the front spring hanger, looks like where the roll on front of spring has movement. dealer replace some of them still gets rust pattern to indicate that is where the movement is
