04 3800 WITH A VT365 AND ALLISON TRANS.WILL RUN AT IDLE ALL DAY LONG.WILL DRIVE AROUND TOWN ALL DAY WITHOUT A PROBLEM.PULL IN FROM ROUTE AND SHUT OFF AND WILL NOT START AGAIN UNTIL TEMP DROPS UNDER 185.AS SOON AS TEMP DROPS UNDER 185 WILL START UP AND RUN PERFECTLY, DOESNT RUN HOT OR ANYTHING.WILL SHUT OFF AND RESTART AS LONG AS TEMP REMAINS UNDER 185.PULLING MY HAIR OUT!

You must be new to the 365, 6.0 Ford powerstroke. You have a leak in the high pressure oil side. Most likely: Injector o rings, pucks and puck orings, stand pipe o rings, HPOP o rings, STC fitting o rings.

The best help is youtube. It's not hard but a little involved.

Have you scanned it for minimum injection control pressure when cranking, should be around 500lbs, I have seen ICP Regulator stick when hot.
