Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on what route to take when putting LED headlights in a Bluebird vision? and results?

What year Vision are we talking about? Sealed beam or just the bulb? I think any upgrade from halogen would be great, I'd just be worried about it passing an inspection.

I'd love to try the new Trucklite Roadmax LED headlight replacement units that Thomas has on the Jouley Electric bus, but the cost and the possibility of an inspection fail are holding me back

We run LED in alot of our buses. I buy them from Amazon wether it be 9007 replacement or H6054.

On the 9007, the brand I was buying doesn't seem to be available anymore. So this is the one I would get but can't vouch for it yet.

We are currently using these https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/led-headlight-bulbs-conversion-kits/led-headlight-kit-9007-led-fanless-headlight-conversion-kit-with-adjustable-color-temperature-and-compact-heat-sink/4116/9299/#/attributes/10823. Drivers and Inspectors both love them. Every once in a while passing drivers will flash the bus because the headlights are bright but there is no mistake in seeing the bus.

How well do they fit in the IC headlight cap? With the ones i use its a struggle to get everything to fit inside the cap. I see the bulbs you use do not have the fan so there may be more room.
