Is anyone having an issue with coolant leaks occurring at the driver side trans cooler bulkhead fitting on 2016 vintage Bluebird visions with 6.7l Cummins? I am having issues with one, but it only leaks overnight when the unit is stone cold, and it only leaks a little each time. I have already had a new radiator installed under warranty, and it's starting up again. The other buses with this exact same set up don't do this. I've made sure the hose supports are exactly as the other units of this age and type, and all connections are tight. It doesn't leak under pressure at all, just wondering if anyone else has this issue. |

I have to wonder if when the new rad was installed the fitting in the rad was twisted, causing the current leak. I have only had one Vision rad leak there, and it was on a replacement rad and remember the mechanic having a hard time to get the transmission line to stop leaking, then a while later a coolant leak there was noticed. I cant remember the year of the bus, but it was last year, so possibly there was a bad run of rads. |

Yep , remove the fitting and use pipe dope on it and reinstall. ALL my blubirds do it at some point if the radiators last that long. |

I'll keep that in mind when this bus comes out of warranty next summer |
