I have a 1995 bluebird tc2000 with a bad thermostat. Parts people say discontinued good luck. I am not happy with that answer. Do any of you know where I can get remote (inline) thermostat bluebird P.N.01471655.
Thanks

He's right. I'm looking on Blue Bird part with that number and it states no longer available 6/11/2014 verified, no replacement 12/16/14.

Since this is a Blue Bird part it may be hard to find. I see the picture and I don't think I have anything like. I have 94's and 96's, No 95's

What a ridiculous looking item. Wonder who the asshat was that decided that thing was a good idea?

The moral of the story, boys and girls, is never buy a pusher. I have moments when I think "I'd like to buy a new one!" then I remember this sort of nonsense. Thomas did stuff like that too...I'm sure International does.

Try busparts.com They seem to be able to find the "old stuff" that others can't

Another place I have had some luck is tacbusparts.com

I don't work for either company.

This is about 15 seconds of searching. So, it may not be right. What's this look like? http://www.northcentralinc.com/ecatalog/bluebird/quick-reference/files/basic-html/page209.html

@bwest that is the right part and is where I started but just because they have a picture does not mean they stock it as we all know.

Knock out the guts in the thermostat and remount. Always was an expensive "pee O Carp" anyway.

I still have 2 of these left in my part room. They were made by Behr Thermot-tronik in Germany. WWW.btt.behrgroup.com. Part number on the box is 2.371.79. Another number that is on a Bar Code tag is H78010461.

Hope this helps, but I would still knock the guts out and run without it.
