The hole is on the passenger side in between the fender and doghouse below the 1 inch factory hole. It is about the size of a quarter and has three cracks coming off of it. Any one seen anything like it?

We have repaired about 10 of these in our fleet. Our cracks are usually at the base of the engine cover. We have a lot of routes running dirt roads.
