hey guys i am tryin to locate a part number for a tube on the doc it is a metal line treaded into the back of the doc the it connects to a rubber hose then into a solenoid or switch of some sort i need the part number for that mettal line can anyone tell me where i can find it ????

is to try and repair or helicoil it the stupid temp sensors did the same thing

Ive had a few of them strip out as well. I repaired them by cutting the fitting in the pipe off leaving the seated part and welding a nut back on. I think I used a wheel nut from the parts store. I have had some luck using the melted wax method of heating up the fittings and using candle wax to melt into the threads. With a bunch of working back and forth it will keep the stainless parts from galling and break loose. . This works with the sensors as well.
And on the tube if I remember correctly the picture in the parts book is backwards as you look at it so they seem to order the wrong one every time .
