We are seeing about all of our c2 buses with window frame cracks. we first saw it on the outside hinged side of the Emergency Exit windows. The we found most every bus with at least 2 or more window frames cracked on the inside.

We have seen this only on our emergency windows on the hinge side but so far not on the others. Thank You for the heads up.

Oh yes, we have seen many of these. They crack, then the window won't stay up. We have just been ordering new ones and replacing them as we get to it. I just can't imagine plastic breaking after it sits in the sun and bounces around on gravel roads and pot holes and gets cold and the windows slammed up and down, they might as well build the entire bus out of cheap plastic...wait they basically do. I never had this much trouble with the FS65's, we could actually get ahead.

I was formally Baptistbusman. However, I lost my password, and had not updated my email address.
