Tried to use service maxx on one of our vt365. It would not recognize the engine and the pop up menu didn't have vt365 as a choice to choose from. Im guessing this is the case with the 444E as well. I hate that cause we have several of those still in our fleet. I don't know why they would take these off of our service maxx. Other than more money to keep it on. lol

I noticed that too with our older DT's

I just use the old MD/MDII programs, which I prefer anyway.

There should be and older version called J1708 on Servicemaxx. Make sure you are up to date on Servicemaxx, it should put a separate icon on your desktop labeled Servicemaxx J1708. Its for older engines. That's how mine is.

You can download the entire files on those engines. This keeps it handy as documents file on your laptop or whatever. We can recommend you as a specialist then on the VT365!
