 1991 e350 battery drain

any ideas? i have a 1991 e350 7.3 non turbo that all of a sudden sitting over night will drain the batteries. checked everything i know of. any help would be appreciated.

did u check for draw and if so how many amps is it drawing? with th volt meter hooked up start pulling fuses until the draw goes away then u will no what circuit is creating the draw

our Fords were horrible about dome lights staying on and killing batteries.

also, ignition switches wouldn't get turned all the way off, but the keys could still come out, also killing batteries.

Also, it's a Ford...

Bad headlight switch?, the rheostat spring/coil for dash lights coming out of position and shorting to the dome light contact,have replaced several of them over the years.

i will try all suggestions, i'm beginning to think headlight switch as the dome light was acting weird. thanks.
